A mixed martial arts fighter who shares his name with Taylor Swift will be fighting in Swindon in March in an amateur title fight.
In an event on March 8 hosted by Raged UK at MECA in Swindon, the 21-year-old fighter from Cheltenham will be one of the amateur MMA fights being contested on the card.
Although not quite The Eras Tour, the card will see the professional lightweight title on the line between Grant Ogborne and Dylan Logan, on top of four other amateur title fights.
Swift will be facing off against Shay Steel for the vacant amateur lightweight title.
Sharing a name with a globally famous music star is not something which fazes Swift, who said it is something he has become used to.
He told BBC Radio Gloucestershire: "To be fair, I didn't really get a lot of stick for it, I should have definitely got more.
"I've lived with the name for 21 years now, so I've always been used to it.
"Ever since I was about ten, that was when I first heard about her, but obviously she's a lot bigger these days, probably the most famous woman in the world.
"All publicity is good publicity so hopefully it should do me a load of good."
